Leonard Jacobs, D.D.S.

resizedDr. Leonard Jacobs has been providing the highest quality dental care in Boca Raton, Florida since 1995. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Jacobs graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1975. He established a cosmetic dental practice in Stonybrook, New York, where he also served as a Clinical Professor of Dental Medicine at State University at Stonybrook Dental School.

He also served as a Senior Consultant for American Dental Examiners. In 1991, he moved to Florida to become the Director of Dental Operations for Cigna Dental Health. Having missed the private practice arena, he returned to clinical dentistry in 1995. Dr. Jacobs and his wife, Judy, have two sons and reside in Coral Springs.

With over 40 years of experience, Dr. Jacobs is dedicated to providing his patients with the most advanced treatments available in all areas of dentistry, focusing on cosmetic procedures. He stays abreast of the latest technology and procedures by the regular attendance at continuing education seminars.

Dr Al-JoburiWesam Al-Joburi, D.D.S.

Periodontic Specialist

In 1981, Dr. Al-Joburi completed the three-year program with a periodontic certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He was the Associate Professor and head of the Division of Periodontics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada from 1984-1989. He served as co-chairman of the Broward Dental Research Clinic's Periodontal Division. Dr. Al-Joburi has had several articles published in dental journals and made numerous presentations at local, national and international meetings. Since 1978, he has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Atlantic Dental Association and is a fellow of the Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Al-Joburi has been an important part of our team since 1999. He and his wife have three children and live in the Boca area.

Dr KohnHeather Kohn, D.D.S.

Born and raised in South Florida, Dr. Heather Kohn knew at a very young age that she wanted to become a dentist.

She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude, receiving her Bachelors of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science in 2010. She then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, becoming a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2014.

Dr. Kohn’s expertise is in restorative dentistry, and she primarily focuses on cosmetics, crown and bridge, composite resin restorations, dental implant restorations, and dentures. She prides herself in taking the time to educate her patients so that they can make the best possible decisions regarding their oral health.

When she isn’t working, Dr. Kohn enjoys traveling and watching Gator sports with her husband and their two cats. Her hobbies include playing the piano, collecting art, and staying active.
