For your first visit with our office, we respectfully request that you arrive early to complete our health and insurance information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will review your medical and dental history and will get you acquainted with our office and staff.
Your initial appointment with the doctor will consist of a comprehensive oral examination of your teeth and gums. We will take any necessary X-rays, examine your occlusion or bite, screen for oral cancer and gum disease and discuss your cosmetic issues or concerns. Upon completion of these diagnostic procedures, a determination will be made as to what type of cleaning is needed and will be scheduled accordingly.
The doctor will address your needs and desires as well as present a detailed treatment plan that helps you achieve a beautiful, long lasting, comfortable smile. This appointment allows plenty of time to ask the doctor any questions you may have.
The goal of this initial experience is to understand your unique dental circumstances and with your input, determine how best to proceed to help you achieve optimum oral health for your lifetime.
